LIMITED WARRANTY
Dactech CC warrants that the new hardware it sells will remain in good working order, free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one full year from the date of purchase, hence after this year, the manufacturer's warranty. (In most cases, the duration of such warranties is 1 year for the manufacturer). The purchase of a newly constructed computer system will have a parts warranty period of ONE year from the date of delivery and ONE year warranty on labor unless otherwise stated. Dactech CC covers all new video monitors, printers, scanners and all products that are not labeled by Dactech CC for 30 days from date of purchase, and then the manufacturer's warranty will take over, whether purchased with a new computer or sold separately. Dactech CC will, during the warranty period, repair or replace any product at its own discretion. All repaired parts retained by Dactech CC become the property of Dactech CC. All replacement parts are warranted for 30 days or for the remainder of the original warranty, whichever is longer. Shipping costs for returned merchandise is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. This warranty is offered only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Exceptions:
This warranty is void-able by Dactech CC if the following damage occurs: The hardware is damaged as a result of accident, misuse, abuse, misapplication, unauthorized maintenance, modification, attachments or alterations, acts of God, use of equipment for purposes not otherwise intended for the hardware.
Exclusion of Liability:
Dactech CC does not accept liabilities beyond the remedies set forth in this limited warranty statement. In no event will Dactech CC be liable for any damages incurred by any person, even if Dactech CC has been notified of the possibility of such damages or claims. Such damages include, but are not limited to, economic loss (including loss of profits, loss of revenue, cost of capital, cost of replacement or substitute equipment or services, or customer or customer's agent's time), physical injury or other damages that are indirect, incidental, special, or consequential.
Dactech CC MAKES NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES BEYOND THOSE STATED HERE. ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY PERIOD.
SOFTWARE IS NOT COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY. CHECK WITH THE SOFTWARE MANUFACTURER FOR THEIR WARRANTY AND SUPPORT POLICIES.
ONSITE SERVICE WARRANTY
All service on any equipment unless otherwise stated on front of invoice is guaranteed for a period of 30 days from date on invoice. This ONLY covers services performed for the initial problems you were having when you called us. We make every effort to inform the customer of pending failures (if they exist) of their equipment even if not directly related to the issue at hand. This applies to both residential/commercial jobs.
RETURN POLICY
All merchandise returned for any reason must be accompanied by the customer's original receipt of purchase and in the original packaging with all documentation, diskettes, cables, or any other original packaging in resalable condition, NO EXCEPTIONS. No refunds issued for any conventional, custom built or special order merchandise/computer systems and service contracts- residential or commercial. We make every effort to inform our customers on what they are getting and quote very accurately the prices thereof. Exchange of merchandise will be the only remedy for defective special order, custom built or software merchandise. Non-Defective opened software will not be accepted for refund or return. All returned merchandise may be tested prior to issuance of a refund or exchange.
ALL SOFTWARE SALES ARE FINAL.
