Overview
We have put together this section of Dactech.com in hopes to help users better understand exactly what they're up against when operating a personal computer. This information is meant for the "open-minded" and not for someone who has no inclination to learn. We believe that the interest of learning about computers, from the basics to complex, is the first step toward saving money and gaining confidence in one's self.
I, personally, am happy to consult with people who are ambitious to learn and ask questions. I find that many companies in the field of repairing computers do not and will disclose any information concerning the "tricks of the trade". My theory is that the more people know, the more they can help themselves with basic to mid-level issues. I also know that a company who bears these characteristics can surely count on the same customers calling back frequently for those "baffling" hardware and OS problems!
In summary, I want every one to know who is reading this, that Dactech CC does not boast of it's success, but would rather boast on the success of it's customers in savouring the valuable information we have shared with them! Our accomplshments depend on your accomplishments!
